Communication Reminders about Inclimate Weather

Hello EST Members,

Hope your return was smooth from family trips, Thanksgiving fun, and Black Friday madness. 

I just wanted to reach out and remind everyone as we approach the heavy winter months and with some Winter mix in our near future that if there are any changes to practices that we try to let you know by 1pm the day of the changes.  

Normally we know the evening prior if there are going to be any cancellations, but if there is some late day forecasts, or after school cancellations it is always our goal to inform you by 1pm the day of the changes.  

Communications will primarily be through EMAIL or TEXT message through our website.  If you have not yet verified your accounts phone number this is a reminder to please do that.  

But as added layers of communication, we will send a notification to the Sports Engine App and Lead Coaches will remind and inform via the recently set up GroupME app group chats.
