Volunteer Sign-up for Sat, Sept 20th: EST Intersquad Cookout
Hello EST Families,
Please find the link below to a signup genius for volunteers to our upcoming EST Intersquad Cookout on Saturday, September 20th. We are in need of Timers, Head Timers, and Safety Marshalls.
In the spirit of this practice meet and EST get together, we have split the jobs into Rookie and Veteran positions. We would really like any new parents, or even 2nd year parents that would like guidance and help from our Veteran Volunteers to please sign up for the Rookie positions. Please do not sign up for a Rookie position if you have ample knowledge of the position. We greatly encourage those seasoned veteran parents that would like to meet with and pass on some great knowledge to our newer parents to please sign up for the Veteran positions. We will be grouping you accordingly so you can each learn from each other.
Also, all our officials out there. You will get more communication from Greg Matanoski about volunteer help officiating our Intersquad meet. We can use any and all seasoned veterans, as well as any rookies/ junior officials that would like to get some practice. We are open to any amount that wishes to participate.
If you are a parent that would like to get involved with the Parent Boosters or work towards becoming an official, following the event, in true tailgate/cookout style, we will have tailgate signs in the parking lot where the Parent Boosters and Officials will conviene. You will get an opportunity to talk with those involved, ask questions, and see what the next steps are in joining.
